    • Cornstarch as needed

    • 1.5 tbsp gochujang
    • 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍯 2 tbsp honey
    • đź’§ 1.5 tbsp water

STEPS

Boil water in a pot and briefly cook the fish cake balls to remove excess oil. Drain well.

Place the drained fish cake balls in a bowl, add cornstarch, and mix with a small amount of water. Repeat this process three times to coat evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish cake balls until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on a rack.

Prepare the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a pan over medium-low heat. Stir until the honey dissolves.

Increase the heat slightly and let the sauce bubble. Mix quickly and turn off the heat.
