    • 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
    • 2 wood ear mushrooms, soaked
  • Sauce

    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 🍬 7 tbsp sugar
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź’§ 300 ml water
  • Thickener

    • 2 tbsp cornstarch
    • đź’§ 2 tbsp water
  • Oil

    • 2 tbsp cooking oil

STEPS

Pan-fry the frozen dumplings in 2 tbsp of cooking oil until golden and crispy.

In the same pan, sauté onion, carrot, and cucumber in the remaining oil.

Add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, water, and salt to the pan and bring to a boil.

Add soaked wood ear mushrooms to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes.

Mix cornstarch with water and gradually add to the sauce to thicken.

Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the fried dumplings and serve.
