INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 500g somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 1 handful chamnamul
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, oligosaccharide, plum extract, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
Wash the chamnamul thoroughly and set aside.
Boil water and cook the somyeon noodles.
Rinse the noodles under cold water and rub them thoroughly.
Place the noodles in a bowl, cut the chamnamul into 5cm pieces, and mix with the prepared seasoning.
Transfer the mixed noodles to a serving dish.
