    • 🥚 3 boiled eggs
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź’§ 100 ml water

Pat the chicken drumettes dry with a paper towel.

Heat salad oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat, add the chicken drumettes, and cook until browned, turning occasionally.

Add all the seasoning ingredients to the pressure cooker, bring to a boil, then cover and cook on medium heat until pressure builds. Reduce heat to low and pressure-cook for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.

Remove the lid, add boiled eggs, and simmer while stirring until the sauce thickens and reduces.
