Cut the tomato in half vertically and remove the stem. Slice into thirds radially, then cut each piece in half horizontally. Slice the onion thinly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add the onion and stir-fry until translucent. Then add the tomato and stir-fry until the edges of the tomato skin start to peel. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
