- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

STEPS
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potato into bite-sized chunks, soak in water, then drain. Slice the sausages diagonally into thirds.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
Add the sausages and onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add mentsuyu and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped nori.
