INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🌱 60g frozen edamame
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds to taste
- 1 tsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Remove edamame beans from their pods.
In a microwave-safe container, mix ground pork with sake, sugar, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Break apart the pork while mixing.
Microwave the pork mixture at 600W for 2–3 minutes until cooked. Remove the wrap and stir well.
Add cooked rice and edamame to the pork mixture and gently mix everything together.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
