INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 500g julienned radish
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt for brining
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- đź§… 1 tbsp minced white part of green onion
- 1/2 cup brined water
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 to taste sesame seeds
STEPS
Julienne the radish into thick strips and brine with 1/2 tbsp salt for 10–15 minutes. Reserve the brined water for later use.
Drain the radish, reserving the brined water. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry the radish on high heat for 1 minute.
Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced white part of green onion, 1/2 cup brined water (or plain water), and 1/2 tsp sugar.
Cook on medium-low heat with the lid on for 3 minutes.
Uncover the pan and finish with 1 tsp sesame oil and sesame seeds to taste.
