- 🍚 cooked rice 2 cups
- 🥚 eggs 2 pieces
Seasonings

STEPS
Shred the surimi by hand or cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil in the pan, cook the eggs into a scrambled form, and set them aside on a plate.
In the same pan, stir-fry the surimi, then add the rice and mix evenly.
Season with salt and soy sauce, then put the eggs back into the pan and blend well.
Serve the fried rice on a plate and sprinkle black pepper to your liking.
