INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍲 Soft tofu 1 block
- 🥓 Pork belly 100g (thinly sliced)
- 🥚 Egg 1 piece
Seasonings and Aromatic Vegetables
- đź§„ Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Gochujang 1 tablespoon
- 🍶 Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- đź§… Green onion 1 piece (finely chopped)
Soup Base
- đź’§ Water 400ml
- 🍗 Chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic and pork belly.
Add gochujang and stir-fry until aromatic.
Add water and chicken stock powder, and bring to a boil.
Break soft tofu into pieces with a spoon and add to the pot. Let it simmer briefly.
Drop an egg into the center of the pot, reduce the heat, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Sprinkle green onions on top to finish.
