INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 80g pork loin (thinly sliced)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 4 okra, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 50cc concentrated men tsuyu
- đź’§ 150cc water
STEPS
Slice the cucumber into 1cm pieces and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Rub okra with salt, rinse, and slice thinly.
Mix cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and okra in a bowl.
Spread pork slices on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Mix pork, somen noodles, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Combine men tsuyu and water in a separate bowl.
Plate the somen noodles mixture, top with vegetables, and pour the sauce over.
