Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp raw sugar

STEPS
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, lemon juice, raw sugar, water, sesame seeds, and grated onion.
Wash the eggplants and slice them into rounds. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for a while.
Place frying mix in a plastic bag, add the salted eggplant slices, and coat them evenly. Dip the coated slices in beaten eggs.
