    • 🍥 1 block of silken tofu (300g)
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 200ml dashi stock

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and drain them.

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

Add dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Once boiling, add the pork and remove any scum while cooking.

Add the tofu and simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes before serving.
