- 🍥 1 block of silken tofu (300g)
Seasonings

- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 200ml dashi stock

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and drain them.

Add dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
