INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 6 button mushrooms
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
Seasonings
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tbsp oyster sauce
- Sprinkle of parsley powder
- 🧀 Desired amount of pizza cheese
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients.
Remove the stems from the button mushrooms.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and transfer it to a bowl.
Add mayonnaise to the tuna.
Add oyster sauce and mix well with the tuna.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the tuna mixture.
Heat a pan on very low heat and add a small amount of oil.
Place the stuffed mushrooms in the pan and cook gently.
Top with pizza cheese and cover the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
Check if the mushrooms are cooked; they should shrink slightly.
Sprinkle parsley powder for decoration and serve.
