Stuffed Bell Peppers with Spicy Cod Roe

    • 150g ground chicken
  • Vegetables

    • 5 bell peppers (150g)
    • đź§… 1/2 green onion (80g), chopped
  • Seafood

    • 70g spicy cod roe
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tbsp potato starch

Chop the green onion finely. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

In a plastic bag, combine ground chicken, spicy cod roe, chopped green onion, grated ginger, sake, and potato starch. Knead until the mixture becomes sticky. Cut off about 1cm from one corner of the bag.

Pipe the chicken mixture evenly into the bell peppers.

Place the stuffed peppers in a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle with sake, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Let it sit for 2 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
