Stuffed Bell Peppers and Eggplants

  • Meat

    • Ground meat 200g
  • Seasonings

    • 🥢 Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    • 🍬 Sugar 1 tsp
    • đź§‚ Salt to taste

STEPS

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Slice the eggplants into 1 cm thick rounds.

Mix the ground meat with salt, soy sauce, and sugar thoroughly.

Stuff the inside of the bell peppers and the surface of the eggplants with the meat mixture.

Heat oil in a frying pan and place the stuffed side down. Cook over medium heat until browned.

Cover with a lid and steam-fry over low heat for about 5 minutes.
