    • Bell peppers - 4 pieces
  • Meat

    • Mixed ground meat - 200g
  • Seasonings

    • Pepper - a pinch
    • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
    • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

In a bowl, mix the ground meat with salt and pepper thoroughly.

Stuff the meat mixture into the inside of the bell peppers.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the stuffed bell peppers with the meat side down.

Once browned, flip them over, cover with a lid, and steam cook on low heat.

Pour soy sauce over the peppers and mix lightly to finish.
