    • 🧀 100g mozzarella cheese

    • 100ml water
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion into 1cm cubes. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small bite-sized pieces.

In a large microwave-safe container, mix chicken, onion, flour, and salt thoroughly. Add milk and mix again.

Add macaroni, butter, and water to the container. Lightly mix, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes.

Add mozzarella cheese to the mixture and stir until melted and evenly combined. Transfer to a heatproof dish and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle parsley on top.
