- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
Bread
- 🍞 8 slices of bread
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices of cheese
Other
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🍖 4 slices of ham
STEPS
Thinly slice cabbage, carrot, and onion.
Mix eggs with salt, sugar, and a pinch of pepper.
Heat butter in a pan and toast bread slices on both sides.
Cook egg mixture in the pan and optionally add sliced ham.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a 1:1 ratio to create a sauce.
Spread sauce on toasted bread, add ham, cheese, cooked egg mixture, and ketchup.
Top with another slice of bread, press gently, and cut diagonally.
