    • Gelatin 5g
    • 🍓 Strawberries 200g (with hulls removed)
    • 🍭 Sugar 40g
    • 🥛 Heavy Cream 150ml

Soften the gelatin in one teaspoon of water, then microwave to dissolve.

Blend the strawberries and sugar in a food processor until smooth paste forms.

Lightly heat the milk in a saucepan, then add and mix the dissolved gelatin.

Combine the strawberry paste and gelatin-milk mixture, then allow to cool.

Once cooled, whip the heavy cream and gradually fold it in using a rubber spatula.
