INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk 200ml
- Gelatin 5g
- 🍓 Strawberries 200g (with hulls removed)
- 🍠Sugar 40g
- 🥛 Heavy Cream 150ml
STEPS
Soften the gelatin in one teaspoon of water, then microwave to dissolve.
Blend the strawberries and sugar in a food processor until smooth paste forms.
Lightly heat the milk in a saucepan, then add and mix the dissolved gelatin.
Combine the strawberry paste and gelatin-milk mixture, then allow to cool.
Once cooled, whip the heavy cream and gradually fold it in using a rubber spatula.
Pour into cups and refrigerate for 2–3 hours to set firmly.
