INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🎃 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- A small amount of paprika, chopped
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
Protein
- 🐟 1 can of tuna, drained
Seasonings
- 🧄 A small amount of minced garlic
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds

STEPS
Slice the zucchini into half-moons. Drain the tuna and chop the paprika, green onion, and green chili.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, and stir-fry the zucchini gently. Adjust seasoning with salt.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry gently.
Finally, add the drained tuna and stir-fry briefly. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
