STEPS
Wash the zucchini and dry it. Slice it into 0.5cm thick rounds.
In a wide pan, fry the zucchini slices with cooking oil until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer the zucchini to a bowl and mix with chili powder, soy sauce, green onion, garlic, and perilla oil. Adjust seasoning with fine salt.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish and serve.
