INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bunch water spinach
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced
Protein
- 1 can tuna (70g), drained
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Cut the water spinach into 5cm pieces and slice the tomato into wedges. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the water spinach until coated with oil.
Add the drained tuna and seasoning (soy sauce, sake, and salt) to the pan and mix well.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook until set. Serve on a plate.
