    • 🐖 Pork belly 100g
    • Cabbage 1/4 head (chopped)
    • 🥕 Carrot 1/2 piece (julienned)
    • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
    • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
    • Salad oil 1 tablespoon
    • Bonito flakes a handful

Microwave the frozen udon noodles to thaw them in advance.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the pork belly.

Add cabbage and carrot, stir-frying until they are evenly coated in oil.

Add the udon noodles and season with soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Once everything is nicely combined, turn off the heat and mix in bonito flakes. Serve immediately.
