  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 2 cups bok choy
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

    • A pinch of pepper

STEPS

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and remove excess water.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tofu over medium heat until golden brown.

Remove the fried tofu and sauté the onion and carrot in the same pan.

Add the bok choy and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Put the tofu back in the pan and season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Finally, drizzle sesame oil on top and serve on a plate.
