INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 1 cup of cabbage (finely chopped)

- 100g dried tofu skin (soaked)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Soak the tofu skin in water for 10 minutes and then remove excess water.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced garlic until aromatic.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the soaked tofu skin and drizzle soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Plate the dish and serve warm.
