INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 450g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, julienned
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- A pinch of ginger powder
- A dash of black pepper
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🌾 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Julienne the carrot, slice the onion, and diagonally slice the green onion.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Spread out the thinly sliced pork belly in a pan and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add the prepared vegetables to the pan and pour in the mixed seasoning.
Stir-fry until the sauce is well absorbed and the vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and give it a final stir before plating.
