INGREDIENTS

    • 100g ground pork
  • Tofu

    • 1 piece (120g) thick fried tofu
  • Vegetables

    • 100g frozen paprika
    • 20g cilantro
  • Oil & Seasoning

    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
    • Pinch of pepper

Partially thaw the frozen paprika.

Separate cilantro leaves and stems; cut stems into 3cm pieces.

Pat the thick fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork and minced garlic, and stir until the pork changes color. Then add the tofu and stir-fry until golden brown.

Add paprika and cilantro stems, and quickly stir-fry.

Add the sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, and pepper, and mix well.

Serve on a plate and garnish with cilantro leaves.
