INGREDIENTS
Essential Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid
- 8 shishito peppers
- đź§„ 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup

- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the cleaned squid into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the squid.
When the squid is halfway cooked, add shishito peppers, sliced garlic, and the prepared sauce. Stir-fry together.
Once the squid is fully cooked, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
