    • 2 tbsp sesame oil

    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Clean the squid by removing the innards and washing thoroughly under running water.

Peel the squid skin and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the onion, carrot, and green chili peppers into appropriate sizes.

Heat a deep pan and add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 2 tbsp sesame oil. Stir until the garlic aroma is released.

Add the sliced onion and carrot to the pan and stir briefly without fully cooking.

Add the squid pieces to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.

When the squid is halfway cooked, add 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp plum extract, a pinch of black pepper, and the sliced chili peppers.
