INGREDIENTS

- 🦑 160g squid, sliced into rings
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, about 300g
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, about 85g
- 1/2 red bell pepper, about 75g
- 🌿 7.5g fresh basil leaves
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake

- Pinch of black pepper

STEPS
Microwave the potatoes until soft, about 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
