INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 serving udon noodles
Seafood
- 100g squid, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Slice the onion and cabbage into thin strips.
Clean and slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Boil the udon noodles briefly until loosened, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion.
Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the squid and stir-fry until it turns opaque.
Pour in the prepared seasoning mixture and stir well.
Add the udon noodles and toss until well combined.
Sprinkle black pepper and chopped green onion, then serve.
