Vegetables

- 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Clean and slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion, green onion, and chili peppers. Prepare 1/3 tbsp of minced garlic.
Mix the squid with gochujang, chili powder, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Let the squid marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan without oil and stir-fry the marinated squid on high heat.
Once the squid is cooked, add the vegetables and stir-fry quickly. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
