INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid
- 🦐 8 shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 🥒 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
STEPS
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Slice vegetables and add them to a heated pan.
Slice squid into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle canola oil.
Stir-fry the squid until it turns translucent, then add the prepared seasoning mixture.
Continue stir-frying until the sauce is evenly coated.
