Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped

- Pinch of chopped chili

- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

STEPS
Peel the squid and make shallow diagonal cuts on the surface in a crisscross pattern. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the cabbage into manageable pieces. Slice the garlic thinly after removing its core.
Heat salad oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the squid and stir-fry quickly. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasonings (sake, salt, chicken stock powder, and pepper) and stir-fry briefly to combine.
