- 🦑 100g squid, sliced into rings
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 stalks asparagus, peeled and sliced
- 🍋 4 slices lemon, quartered
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake

- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus stalks with a peeler and slice them diagonally into 3cm pieces. Quarter the lemon slices. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the squid and stir-fry over medium-low heat until cooked through.
Add the asparagus and stir-fry until softened. Add the lemon slices and seasoning ingredients, then stir briefly to combine.
