    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 3 tbsp cooking wine
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS

Slice the onion, carrot, and green onion. Prepare the squid by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, cooking wine, black pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to create the sauce.

Heat a wok or deep pan with a small amount of oil. Stir-fry the onion and carrot until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until it starts to cook.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the squid absorbs the flavors.

Add the green onion and stir-fry briefly to finish. Remove from heat.
