Stir-fried Spinach and Mackerel with Ponzu

    • 🐟 190g canned mackerel in water
  • Condiments

    • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Oils

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS

Trim the spinach roots, wash thoroughly in water, and drain. Cut into 4cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and stir-fry lightly to break it apart.

Spread the spinach over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds.

Remove the lid, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the spinach softens. Add ponzu sauce and pepper, then mix well.
