INGREDIENTS

- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut the roots off the pea shoots with kitchen scissors and halve their length.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the shrimp and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the shrimp change color.
Add the pea shoots to the pan and quickly stir-fry them together.
Add sake and mentsuyu to the pan, and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
