INGREDIENTS

- 20 shishito peppers, chopped

- đź§„ 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 🍖 140g ham, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Chop the shishito peppers into thirds, slice the ham, and mince the garlic.
Heat cooking oil and sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion.
Add the sliced ham to the pan and stir-fry on low heat.
Add the minced garlic and continue stir-frying until fragrant.
Add the chopped shishito peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and corn syrup, then stir-fry until well combined.
Remove from heat while the peppers are still slightly undercooked for a crunchy texture.
