INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Noodles
- 1 bag (200g) shirataki noodles
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 250cc water
STEPS
Cut the green onion into diagonal slices about 2cm wide. Thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms.
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, blanch briefly, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until cooked. Then add green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and shirataki noodles, and stir-fry together.
Once everything is coated with oil, add the seasoning mixture (☆) and simmer over medium heat until the liquid reduces by half.
