INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 200g shiitake mushrooms
- đź§… 1 small onion
- đź§… 1/2 bunch green onions
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Rinse the fresh shiitake mushrooms lightly under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thickly, julienne the onion thinly, and cut the green onions to match the length of the mushrooms.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic for 10 seconds.
Add the sliced mushrooms, onions, and green onions to the pan and stir-fry.
Add oyster sauce and corn syrup, then stir-fry until the onions turn translucent.
Turn off the heat and finish with a dash of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
