INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 5 shiitake mushrooms
- đź§… 1/4 onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- đź§… 1/2 green onion
- 2 green chilies
Condiments
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms.
Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Prepare the other vegetables: slice the carrot, onion, green onion, and chilies.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok and add 1 tbsp minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the prepared vegetables (except mushrooms) to the wok and stir-fry.
Add the mushrooms and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Stir-fry until evenly coated.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tsp sesame seeds. Mix well.
