INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300g rice cakes
- 🥩 200g beef brisket
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
Sauce
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Soak the rice cakes in water for 10 minutes.
Prepare the beef brisket.
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into triangular pieces.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Slice the green chili diagonally.
Drain the soaked rice cakes.
In a pan, stir-fry the beef brisket on high heat without oil.
Remove the beef brisket from the pan.
In the same pan, stir-fry the rice cakes and vegetables over medium heat using the beef fat.
When the vegetables are halfway cooked, add the mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry on high heat.
Add the beef brisket back to the pan and stir-fry on high heat until everything is fully cooked.
