INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 zucchini (diced)
- 🍅 1 tomato (diced)
- 1/2 head cabbage (shredded)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (julienned)
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Others
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ a pinch of salt
STEPS
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms.
Add ground meat to the frying pan, breaking it apart while stir-frying.
When the meat is halfway cooked, add cabbage, zucchini, tomato, and carrot.
Season with soy sauce and salt, mixing everything well.
Add the cooked rice, lightly stir-fry, and combine everything evenly.
Serve in a bowl, and you're done.
