    • 1/2 radish, white part only

    • 3 tbsp sesame oil

    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

STEPS

Prepare the ingredients: slice 1/2 radish into thin strips and slice a small amount of green onion. Green onion is optional.

Heat 3 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Add sliced green onion and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pan. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the radish strips to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.

Add 1 tsp salt and continue stir-frying. Adjust seasoning later if needed.

Cook until the radish releases its water. Reduce the heat to low.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 1 minute.

Turn off the heat, remove the lid, and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds over the radish.
