- 🎃 150g pumpkin, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, slice thinly, and cut into 5mm strips.
