INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 🍖 200g pork tenderloin
- 🥬 5 bok choy heads
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- đź§… 1/2 green onion
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice 200g of pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare 5 bok choy heads by trimming the base and washing thoroughly.
Chop 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 1 red chili, and 1 green chili into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add pork tenderloin to the pan, season with 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of pepper, and cook until browned.
Add onion, red chili, and green chili to the pan and stir-fry together.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
Add bok choy to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil over the dish, mix well, and serve.
