- 1/2 bowl pork neck

- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Chop green onion, onion, and zucchini into small pieces. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add green onion first to make green onion oil, then stir-fry onion and zucchini in sequence.
When the zucchini is cooked, add pork neck (prepared to remove any odor) and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, and 0.5 tbsp salt. Stir-fry everything together until well mixed.
Serve and enjoy! A slightly sweet and savory fried rice perfect for kids.
