INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 bunch (100g) garlic chives
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken bouillon powder
STEPS
Trim the roots of the garlic chives and cut them into 4cm lengths.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk to make an egg mixture.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and stir gently until it becomes half-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan and heat over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the color changes. Add the garlic chives and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasonings (salt, pepper, chicken bouillon powder) and stir quickly. Return the eggs to the pan and mix everything together.
